We had a super fun Spring Break this year. We started the week off with the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point. Luke's really into dinosaurs right now. He enjoys singing songs about dinosaurs and reading books that use actual dinosaur names. You'll have to ask him to sing his stegosaurus song. He'll happily oblige. Later in the week, Luke hosted a sleepover with his cousins. Dave set up the now customary tent and made "Mickey pancakes" for breakfast. After cleaning up our pancake mess, we drove to Sandy to see the new penguin exhibit at the aquarium. The boys probably thought the shark tank was the coolest, but we did spend a lot of time watching the penguins dive in and out of the water. Holly and her boys were a big part of our daily activities throughout the week. Thanks, Holl, for comin' along. We ended the week with a quick trip to Moab. Joe and Dave spent the weekend putting vaseline on their bodies, stinking up the house after long, hot runs, and soaking in bathtubs filled with ice water. Some vacation, huh? Luke, as usual, had a blast with his cousins. He cried when we left, and, first thing this morning, he asked if we could go back again today. Thanks for the great weekend, Joe and Brandi. It made for a great end to a really fun week.
